Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used linen in laundry basket and leave in the laundry room
Place all trash in large garbage bins outside by the back door
Wash and put away all used dishes, and keep sink clean or an additional fee of $25 will be charged
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Born and raised in Jamaica then migrated to the U.S. Each time we traveled back to Jamaica, we've always stayed at resorts. However, a few years ago, we stayed at a rental at Oceanpointe. From property staff, community amenites, neighbors, scenery, ocean breeze, etc, my satisfaction with the overall property experience was unmatched. Since such personal discovery and my return to Jamaica, Oceanpointe became my sort after accommodation. So, I acquired and created a space of pure peace and happiness, that I like to call My Happy Place.
