Large, airy, nice and stylish house, in gated community with geographically closed beach, total security, distant 60 meters from the beach, which is 500 meters long with sand and clean waters.
01 hall in mezzanine and another 01 dining room, 04 rooms, 04 complete bathrooms being 01 of the suite with hydro massage for couple, Swimming pool, Sauna, showers. barbecue and cistern
ALL ROOMS WITH AIR CONDITIONING and also ceiling fan.
Assistance and cleaning of the POOL during the period made by the person who takes care of the house in the condominium.

No other houses or apartments on the same grounds and away from slopes and rocks.
And the third house on the street from the beach (60 meters).
LEASE FOR EVENTS AND PARTIES ONLY WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND CONDITIONS


The condominium has great beach, club with restaurant, mini market with bakery and butcher and 24 hour security. It is a quiet and familiar place, and there are no communities in the place and surroundings.
There is 1km from the condominium, in Conceição de Jacareí plus two major markets, restaurants and all kinds of commerce and health and emergency station and hospital in downtown 20 minutes ago.
In Conceição de Jacareí you will find great offer of boat rentals and trips to various beaches and coves of the big island, as it is the closest place on the continent to Vila do Abraão on Ilha grande.

I usually rent by the day arriving as early as I can and leaving at any time I want.
On sites that book by night you can book per night according to check in and out times and confirm after booking the rental per day.

Imóvel maravilhoso, os anfitriões (esposa e seu esposo) foram super atenciosos conosco! A praia fica bem perto boa para tomar banho porém com uma piscina maravilhosa não tive vontade de permanecer na praia. Casa completa com todos os utensílios, bem confortável, a casa é feito em um design rústico que eu amei! Posso dizer que é uma casa completa! Com certeza irei voltar e indicarei para as pessoas! Fiquei muito satisfeito com a estadia, a casa é incrível, bem espaçosa e arejada, os quartos são bem equipados com camas extras, a área de lazer com piscina e espaço gourmet ficam na parte de trás da casa dando privacidade aos hóspedes, o proprietário e sua esposa são muito cordiais e ainda tem um senhor chamado mineiro que cuida da piscina que é muito gentil. Imóvel amplo, num condomínio tranquilo e pertinho da praia.

Imóvel amplo e arejado, pertinho da praia. Cozinha Boa com todos os utensílios domésticos. Banheiros razoáveis. O da suíte é o melhor. Sala ampla, sofás bem usados e não tão confortáveis, TV funcionando bem e com Netflix. Quartos: o do 1° andar é bom, os 3 do 2° andar, precisam de uma boa arrumação. Os armários são antigos e de excelente qualidade, mas se tornam desnecessários para quem aluga o imóvel. Área externa perfeita, com chuveirão, piscina, churrasqueira e bastante espaço no exterior da casa. Garagem bem grande, colocamos 3 carros e ainda dava pra mais um. Resumindo, gostei muito da estadia. Tudo o que foi combinado com Sr. Jayme, foi cumprido por ambas as partes. Voltaremos em breve :)

Muito boa.

O imóvel é confortável e a área de lazer corresponde plenamente ao anunciado. A localização é muito boa e o condomínio é bastante seguro. O proprietário é extremamente gentil e atencioso e o "Mineiro" está sempre por perto para fazer manutenção da piscina ou oferecer atenção no que for preciso. Recomendo com segurança e pretendo voltar rotineiramente.
