Overall the property looked ok. We had 3 houses. 1st issue was 4413 wasn't ready until about 449pm...check in was at 4 but they wanted to charge us additional money for early entry so i got to the property almost 15mins to 4pm. They did give us access around this time. The host stated that the houses were handicapped and wheelchair accessible. This was need b4 I reserved. It was a lie, they were not compliant. House 4409 had a lizard in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It took over an hour b4 any response back from the hostHouse 4417, one of the freezers wasn't working. House 4413 microwave wasn't functioning properly, they told us we had to hold the door closed in order to use it. I guess they thought it was safe to stand in front of a microwave that's giving off radiation while in use. Screen door on rear at house 4409 had a bad latch which looked as if someone had screwed about 8 holes in the frame to keep it together. Every house had dirty/dingy/stained wash clothes/towels and pillow cases/sheets. My sheets actually still had someone's hairs on them covered by a top sheet. Those of us who didn't re-wash towels/washcloths with laundry detergent and bleach went and purchased their own. We was highly disappointed and to make things even worse they charged us for having to replace stained towels and cloths. The cleaning crew did come back to try and help make some things better by changing bedding and bringing some towel cloths. But overall this property/host was the worst.
