Welcome to The Old Mill, a truly unique and expansive retreat nestled on the John Day River. This historic gem, originally built in the early 1900s as a mill workshop, has been meticulously remodeled and transformed into a spacious 3,500 square foot vacation home, perfect for large families, group gatherings, or a spectacular friends' getaway. Inspired by a trip down the Bourbon Trail you will settle into a one of a kind experience.
There is a large open main living area with 4 bedrooms with King size beds off of that main area. The house has a laundry room with a stacking washer and dryer for guests to use. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided. There are 3 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one ensuite to the master bedroom. There is a large 85 inch TV in the main area for watching games or movies.
This vacation rental is perfect for groups traveling together, with a good separation of space to spread out. There is room for trailer parking behind the building for trailers for motorcycles, UTVs, or snowmobiles. Guests have full access to the property while staying.
