Host was very responsive with our concerns and came over to fix issues. Outside of the property needs some TLC but over all nice place to stay.

The place was very spacious and clean. The boat docking was easy and roomy, no lift only wall docking. I had a 26 ft boat with T-top and had no problems. The only issue was the A/c, during the day on the first day it would not get below 80 degrees inside, the other days 77 was the lowest during the heat of the day. At night it would eventually cool off to 72-73.
