Welcome to your perfect Old Orchard Beach getaway! This thoughtfully designed home offers comfort, space, and fun for families, couples, or groups looking to relax and explore.

Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms—two with cozy queen beds and one featuring bunk beds with a trundle—plus additional sleeping space with a pullout couch and pullout daybed, making it easy to accommodate everyone. The home includes one and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. A thoughtfully designed full bathroom with the toilet in a private, separate room and a spacious shower and double vanity area—ideal for couples or families.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a propane fireplace, Adirondack chairs, grill, hot tub, and even a putting green for a little friendly competition. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Located just a 10-minute walk to downtown Old Orchard Beach, you’ll be close to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants—while still enjoying the peace and privacy of your own space. Private parking and a fully private yard make this home as convenient as it is comfortable.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. This includes the private backyard, where you can enjoy the hot tub, propane fireplace, grill, Adirondack chairs, and putting green—all for your use only.

Parking is easy and convenient with one designated private parking space on the property, plus additional free street parking available if needed.

Entry to the home is contactless and secure. Prior to arrival, the host will send a unique door code that you’ll use to access the home during your stay.
Other things to note

DOG GUIDELINES:
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during your stay. No dogs left home alone, no exceptions. 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee applied to reservation. Please avoid letting your dogs use the backyard turf as a bathroom area and clean up after your pet.
