Guests are required to submit passport copies of all occupants at least 24 hours before check-in, along with a photo of the car plate if parking is needed. This is a DTCM requirement and must be provided in advance to avoid any delay during check-in.

Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food uncovered to prevent pests.

Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.

Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted.
