The bright vacation apartment is located on the quiet 1st floor. There are two separate bedrooms, blackout options and fly screens are available here. The entire apartment is equipped with high-quality laminate flooring. Underfloor heating in the bathroom provides a cozy warm living atmosphere in the cooler season. The attractive apartment is a cozy retreat and haven of peace with a large south-facing balcony. Garden furniture is available here, so you can start the day with an outdoor breakfast.

Here you live very close to the Baltic Sea, surrounded by intact forest and heath landscapes. In combination with the many excursion possibilities, the apartment offers a perfect combination of relaxation and active vacation. Here you feel comfortable, enjoy and relax.

The meeting of forest and sea air creates a natural healing climate. So here you can really take a deep breath. Bicycle and hiking trails for extensive tours, are very well developed. The five-kilometer-long fine sandy beach, the 12,000-hectare forest area Rostocker Heide and the high moor with rare animals and plants offer plenty of space for recreation and relaxation. The Baltic Sea spa Graal-Müritz can be reached in a few minutes. The Hanseatic city of Rostock and other excursion possibilities, such as the peninsula Fischland-Darß and Zingst are also not far from the vacation paradise.
