Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, toll ausgestattet. Da fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Sehr nette Vermieter, reagieren sofort wenn man etwas fragt oder braucht. Man muss nur einkalkulieren, dass es in der Umgebung von mind 20 Autominuten keine einzige Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt. Kein Problem, wenn man es weiß, es sind genug Stauraum und Kästen vorhanden, Bücher, Spiele, schöner Garten. Nettes kleines Schigebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe, schöne Loipen. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Schöne Lage, schöne Wanderungen aber zu kaltes Hause für langen Aufenthalt.

Positive punkte: schöne spaziergänge, schöne aussichten (aber nicht atemberaubend wie in tirol), viele wege zum wandern und MBT. Waschmaschine. Schöner Fernseher mit barrierefreien Programmen. Negative Punkte: Nordseite Tal: sehr kalt. Haus sehr schlecht ausgerichtet, Sonne (wenn es welche gibt) heizt das Haus nur wenige Stunden morgens. Wir haben nur 3 Mal draußen gegessen (von 36 Mahlzeiten). Wir haben den Garten wegen der niedrigen Temperatur (zwischen 12 und 20dg max, im Durchschnitt etwa 16dg bei einem ständig kalten Wind) und dem fast ständigen Schatten nicht viel genutzt. Das Gras im Garten wurde mindestens einen Monat lang nicht gemäht, vielleicht nie. Die Geschäfte sind sehr weit entfernt. Dieses haus kann für ein paar tage während der hitzewelle schön sein, aber nicht 2 wochen, wenn die temperatur in Glödnitz unter 25 Grad liegt. In Flatttnitz ist es ca. 5 Grad weniger !!! Kühlschrank wirklich zu klein !!! zumal wir nicht jeden tag einkaufen gehen können. Heizkörper ineffizient. Keine Wäscheleine oder Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Wäsche. Bewertungen der Leute überbewertet. Insgesamt ist der Preis viel zu hoch für die Aufenthalte, die dieses kalte Haus bietet, nicht luxuriös und weit weg von den Geschäften.
