About this property

Villa Puntiró is located far away from mass tourism, in a quiet and protected area near Palma. Refresh yourself in the pool after sunbathing in the mediterranean hammocks.

Enjoy panoramic views of Palma, the Mediterranean Sea, the Tramontana mountains and the surrounding nature from this 9000 m2 property.

Sports enthusiasts can not only swim in the pool in the outdoor area, but also practice yoga on one of the terraces with the wonderful views. In addition they can go cycling along the various routes starting on the road to Sineu, as well as play on the Puntiró golf course just two km away.

The house, made of stone and with a surface of 480m2, has two apartments for twelve people. The nine bedrooms are equipped with 6 single beds, 5 double beds, a single sofa bed, and a bunk bed. The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms, two in each apartment with bath and shower respectively.

The kitchens of the apartments are fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender and dining table. A glass door leads from the kitchen and living room to the large balcony. Have breakfast here at one of the two large dining tables and enjoy the morning with fresh orange juice and croissants. Thanks to the awning, you can also have lunch or coffee here. In the evening, enjoy the spectacular sunset from the balcony or from one of the Balinese beds by the pool.

Even on vacation you don't have to do without internet connection, with our free Wi-Fi.

The furnishings, modern and bright, consist of rustic elements and wooden furniture with natural tones and bright walls and ceilings, and tiled floors in earth tones.

Outdoor parking for 8 cars is available within the estate.

Only fifteen kilometers away is the Mediterranean coast, with the beautiful beaches of El Arenal, Cala Estancia and Ciudad Jardin. In a few minutes drive you will reach the capital of the island, Palma, with its famous cathedral and shopping area. Enjoy a stroll along Palma's Paseo Marítimo past bars, cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea. If you need to do the shopping you can find a supermarket less than ten kilometers away.

The finca is ideal for families. Enjoy the privacy of having individual entrances to each apartment.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Lovely property, exactly as described on the advert. The pool area was beautiful and plenty of outdoor space. The interior was quirky and very well stocked with plenty of toilet roll, shower gel, washing up things etc. Alicia who provided the check in service was amazing and so lovely, answered questions prior to the stay as well as helping us throughout the stay! Cons: Only thing to note the hot water capacity was not enough for the number of guests staying so showers needed to be staggered throughout the day.

Finca, an ruhig trotzdem an zentraler Lage.

Pros: Das Haus bietet ausreichlich Platz auch für grosse Gruppen. Die Villa ist zentral gelegen, ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil. Alicia die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit via Whats app erreichbar und hilft umgehend weiter. Cons: Die Küche hat einige verschmutzte Stellen vom Vorgänger noch aufgewiesen, musste durch Gruppe selber geputzt werden. Die Duschen sind in einem schlechten Zustand, die Abflüsse stinken und duschen ohne eine Überschwemmung fast nicht möglich Die Balkontüren lassen sich nicht verriegeln, da die Türen defekt sind

Perfect accommodations and hosts

Pros: The host and owner met us onsite upon arrival and gave us a tour as well as went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The home itself was more than we could ask for, with stunning views, comfortable beds, and the perfect terrace and pool combo. This host has thought of everything and we can’t wait to come back. Cons: Not a single thing.

Roomy house with great views

Easily fitted our 8 person company with one bedroom each, could have been more without any problem. Everything was great apart from fairly limited kitchen utensils as we cooked dinner inhouse each night. Great outdoor seating though. And some of the outdoor sofa pillows were a bit worn.
