SON REAL - Villa with private pool in Sencelles. Free WiFi

Welcome to this traditional Majorcan countryside house with capacity for 12 people. This 350 m2 property is located in the quiet area of Sencelles in a plot of 30000 m2.
The exteriors of this property are absolutely wonderful! There is a 4 x 11 meters pool with a children pool, a furnished porch where you can organize an afternoon snack and sun lounges to get you best summer tan. The kids will love to play freely in the 140 m2 lawn area as the finca is all fenced; there are also a BBQ and different areas where you will be able to organize a big meal with your family and friends while enjoying the views to the mountains. There is a water deposit which cannot be used as a pool. You will find space in the plot to park your car. There's also an outdoor toilet.

This property consists of a main building and a secondary house.

The main living room has a comfy sofa where you will be able to relax watching Smart TV, surfing the Internet or having a little nap. In the dining room there is a big table and chairs so you can organize a meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with vitro, oven, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the small house you will also find a dining-living room with AC.

The main building has 4 double bedrooms: two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. In the secondary house you will find one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have AC, except one that has an AC device at the corridor, just by the door. There are 3 bathrooms in the main building (one of them with hydro massage bathtub) and 1 bathroom in the second house.

As for the small house, there is also a 25 m2 living-dining room with a sofa and two armchairs, and a table with space for six people to eat. This space also has air conditioning and a TV with chromecast.

The house is located 2.4 km away from Sencelles, an area of the middle of the island, so it’s very well connected, tourism is not very common and it’s settled mainly by locals. In Sencelles you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants. In only 30 minutes by car you will reach the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Have a nice say at the beach and go for lunch to one of the restaurants with sea views, where you can try paella! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. Close by you will find Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.

On the estate, you will find animals such as cats, a dog, and a donkey.

Stunning views, beautiful villa

We booked the villa for my family, we needed downstairs rooms as we have elderly parents, our whole stay was amazing, the housekeeper came everyday to clean the pool and water plants. The grounds and views are breathtaking, it was sad to leave. They have a villa dog who is very friendly, 3 cats and a donkey. Very relaxing. Very well equipped.

Son Real House is very autentic old Stone House. Fantastic views from the terrasse. Well it is informed that there is a dog and cats on the property, but not that they are staying inside! When Said dog is so nice. It is a must to have a car, as next bigger supermarked is in Inca. Also to g’et rit of trash to deposit is 3 km. Other than that a fantastic pool area and soroundings.

Unglaublich schön!

Ich habe meinen 60. Geburtstag mit Familie und Freunden in der Finca gefeiert und habe es nicht bereut. Es war ein Traum! Die Finca bietet alles, was man braucht: einen großen Pool, eine Hängematte, Klimaanlage, einen großen runden Tisch für alle, einen Grill direkt daneben, ein toller Ausblick übers Land, eine größere Küche (auch im Nachbarhaus), eine Tischtennisplatte, genügend Bäder/Toiletten, eine superschöne Anlage mit majestätischer Einfahrt, ein Hund, 2 Katzen, 1 Esel, Orangenbäume. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben. Flughafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Mülldeponie - alles in 10-25 Min. zu erreichen. Zum nächsten Strand sinds ca. 30-40 Min. Einfach empfehlenswert!

We have all had the most amazing holiday! 3 families with 5 children aged 1-11, had everything we needed. Loads of space - the pool was amazing there was even a little football pitch! Aircon in every room, all the amenities you need! The location is absolutely beautiful, breath taking views. Right in the middle of Majorca so only half an hour to palma or Alcúdia! Or you can go into Inca which is 20 minutes away! A car is needed. Thanks again for an amazing stay! We will see you soon xx

A great place for a family with kids or the extended family. Pool is great, it has a shallower end and a deeper end -- good place for kids to learn to swim. The house has a few cats, a dog and even a donkey! They stay outside, so our allergic family members had no problems. We loved the view and the barbeque. The location is very good, the Senchelles town is about 15 minute walk away (couple of minutes by car) and it has good restaurants.

vom checkin, über die kommunikation, bishin zu unterkunft, pool und ungebubg war alles bestens. es war ein toller sommerurlaub bei unglaublichen wetter, sobald man das tor zur unterkunft passiert befindet man sich in einer neuen welt. wir waren alle sehr zufrieden (6 erwachsene, 5 kleine kinder). das nahegelegene sencelles bietet sowohl einen einkaufsmarkt als auch 2 nette lokale und palma liegt nur 20 min entfernt.

Son Real is a magical place to stay

Son Real is a magical place to stay with its rustic warmth, charm and constant surprises all around the houses and grounds. By comparison to our last visit 5 years ago, we were very pleased with the upgraded facilities, particularly the shower in the Casita and the magnificent round table on the main balcony. The pool is a great place to relax, the feeling of space and tranquillity is fantastic and the views are stunning and constantly changing. It is a place that feels like home to visitors of all ages from toddlers to pensioners. Phillippe, the gardener is a friendly and welcoming face and it was good to meet him again and to have fun with Perla who was a puppy when we last came. We would be very happy to come again. The only slight criticism concerns the the steps leading from the pool to the lawn area. They are potentially dangerous particularly in wet conditions - 3 members of our party slipped and fell on them. Perhaps a warning sign or access through a gate would help. Overall, though, it is a wonderful place and I am delighted to have celebrated a landmark birthday with all my family.

La finca tiene mucho encanto, puede parecer un poco viejo el mobiliario pero al final tiene su encanto. Todo tipico mallorquin, muchos cuadros antiguos, mobiliario y telas muy mallorquin tambien, pero impeccable todo ! Se ve que todo está perfectamente en su sitio, no falto nada. Referente a la zona exterior, todo al milímetro cuidado, las palmeras los árboles la piscina,... perfecto !! Mucho mas bonito que en las fotos todo, el único bemol que se podría decir es que la casa en si le falta luz, pero se agradece en verano con el calor que llega a hacer. Hay una persona que todos los días viene por la tarde para riegar o preguntar si todo bien, muy amable, y trae también mucha seguridad. Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien, y sin duda volveremos ! ÇMuchas gracias por todo ! Mi familia lo ha pasado muy bien en esa finca, destacada por su encanto, la limpieza y lo bien que esta todo mantenido, fue todo genial, de hecho mis padres algun dia quieren volver a alquilarla.

Schönes Haus mit viel Platz in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus bietet Platz für 12 Personen und hat ein sehr großes Areal, so dass jeder auch seinen Platz zum Ausruhen findet ohne aufeinander zu hängen. Super war die Klimaanalage. Allerdings hat mich persönlich der Hund vor Ort gestört, der auch die Schwimmflügel zerbissen hat und den Ball am Pool von den Kindern kaputt gemacht hat (leider gab es keine Schwimmflügel Erstattung von den Vermietern!). Wer keine Tiere mag (hier gabe es auch eine Katze die ins Haus kam) hat hier ein Problem. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Das Haus lag in der Corona Zeit super einsam, für das nächste Mal würde ich mir aber ein Haus in Strandnähe suchen, da dieser mind. 20-25 min entfernt war. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Sonst super für Familien mit genügend Auslauf. Es gab sogar durch die Palmen mittags Schatten im Pool, mit der Liege findet man immer einen schattigen Platz. Auf der Terrasse war es auch sehr schattig durch die beiden Sonnensegel. Perfekt wäre eine Aussenküche gewesen, zumindest ein Kühlschrank (so musste man immer in die Küche laufen denn bei der Hitze waren die Getränke schnell warm wenn man am Pool sitzt).

Tolles Anwesen für Gruppen - Super Preis-Leistung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit 10 Freunden in der Finca. Das Anwesen besteht aus zwei voneinander getrennten Häusern auf einem Grundstück. Der Außenbereich ist Fantastisch - insbesondere der Pool, der große runde Tisch und das insgesamt großzügige Grundstück. Abstriche muss man im Inneren machen: die Finca ist innen insgesamt auch bei Sonnenlicht sehr dunkel. Die Matratzen müssten in allen Betten langsam mal erneuert werden (alte Federkern-Matratzen). Zu erwähnen ist, dass ein Hund und eine Katze auf dem Finca-Grundstück leben. Die Tiere sind lieb, suchen aber auch menschlichen Kontakt - das kann bei Allergien oder Angst problematisch sein. Die Lage der Finca ist gut, wenn man untereinander sein möchte. Zum Strand ist es weit. Sencelles bietet zudem fußläufig erreichbar einige sehr gute Restaurants. Die Finca war bei Anreise sehr sauber (es gibt sogar einen Staubsaugerroboter) und die Kommunikation vor Ort super. Im Vorhinein wären weitere Infos zur Anreise gut gewesen - diese mussten wir uns über die Agentur aktiv einholen. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

We Didn't Want to Leave!

We stayed at Son Real July 1- July 8th and had an incredible time! The property is even better than the beautiful pictures on line. The property is incredibly clean inside and out. The owners are very responsive to any communication and Felip, the caretaker, is the best! The owners have thought of everything and the house is well stocked. The property is located outside of the small town of Sencelles which is in central Mallorca. If you are looking for nightlife, this would not be the place for you, but we found it to be perfect. It allowed us to easily explore the whole island. You definitely need a rental car to fully appreciate Mallorca, just make sure you rent the smallest car that will meet your needs as the roads in the towns are very narrow. We have rented homes several times for vacation and Son Real was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We were all sad to leave.

We had a great time at the villa. We were positively surprised by how wonderful the villa and its surroundings are. The host had thoughtfully left us things like oil, pasta, and milk to help get us started. If you are looking for a quiet place for a group or family vacation this house is highly recommended.

What a special property. In fact the photos do not do it justice in any form. It's much better than the photos appear. The sweeping view from the finca pool and front balcony are breath taking. Best sunsets every night. We were 3 families with 5 young children and we stayed for 2 weeks. The finca is so close and handy to everywhere! And right in the wine region too. Sencelles is a delightful little village too. We'll be back for sure!!! LOVED it.It was absolutely stunning. So peaceful, authentic, clean and so lovely and rustic. You do a very good job of maintaining such a lovely large property.
