Welcome to the perfect base for your Laramie stay! Situated just a 15-minute walk from the UW campus and War Memorial Stadium, you’ll have easy access to local attractions while enjoying a peaceful residential setting.
Our two-level home has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, and 3 distinct living areas. We can accommodate up to 8 guests. Ideal for families or groups, our home features on-site laundry, free 5 gig fiberoptic Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace.
Guests may use the entire house, front and back yards, and driveway parking. The garage is not available for guest use.
No pets allowed, sorry!
You are required to enter the total number of guests at time of booking. Price depends on number of guests. After 3 guests, we charge $30 per guest per night for any guests not on your original reservation.
Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning. If the outside temp is over 85 it can get hot upstairs. We do provide fans and with the windows open at night the house cools off!
We have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and property.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of towels in the washing machine before you depart.
Please turn down all heaters to 55 degrees F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
