Come stay at Petite Retreat! Our contemporary-style one-bedroom condo on the north side of county road 30-A is only 250 yards from a beach access and 1.2 miles from world-famous Seaside.

And our Beachwood Villas community is getting a facelift this year! All of our three-story buildings are getting new exteriors and windows now, and that part of the project should be finished by mid-April. Then work will pause until the fall, when the two-story buildings, including ours, will be done.

The three-story buildings are several hundred feet from our unit. If you stay at Petite Retreat during March and early April, we don't think construction noise will detract from your experience. Still, we are offering a 10% discount for stays during construction.
The two-story phase is tentatively scheduled to begin in mid-September. Petite Retreat may be unavailable for bookings for several weeks during the fall. We will block dates as soon as more information becomes available.

One last thing about this major project: the homeowner's association is requiring owners, and all renters, to sign waivers of liability if they are on property during either construction phase. This does not apply when construction is paused. Our property manager, Benchmark Management, will include the waiver form with your rental agreement as necessary.

We hope you'll still choose Petite Retreat for your beach vacation. It's painted a soothing light blue, to put you in that beach mood as soon as you walk in the door. The completely remodeled, fully stocked kitchen invites you to prepare a feast if you don't feel like going out.

The updated bedroom has a contemporary look with a cozy feel. We've added a 32-inch widescreen smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows and videos.

We offer a 5% discount off daily/weekly rental rates for returning guests, and a discount for all rentals of a week or more. Sorry, no monthly or other long-term rentals.

Several restaurants, including the highly-rated Café 30A, are within easy walking distance, as are bike and beach rental shops.

Our unit is professionally cleaned by one of the largest property management firms in the area. Benchmark says it has instituted enhanced cleaning procedures, including disinfecting all high-touch areas. We urge guests to bring hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to use during their stay.

Condo features queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, 50-inch Samsung Smart HDTV and free, fast Wi-Fi up to 2GB. There's also a Samsung Blu-ray player.

This second-floor unit has a spacious balcony with a table with four chairs.

Three-night minimum rentals preferred; a limited number of two-night rentals accepted, depending on availability. Minimum age to rent is 25.

We've relaxed our cancellation policy. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, and a 50% refund if you cancel 14 to 30 days before arrival. There's a $150 service fee for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival.
