In the southwest of Lanzarote, Villa Rodea is situated in a serene, residential neighborhood by the volcano Montaña Roja, just a few minutes from the lively seaside town of Playa Blanca. Constructed with large windows and spacious interiors, the luminous villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The property can therefore accommodate 8 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Villa Rodea is also especially family-friendly, as it offers a baby cot, a highchair, a childcare service as well as child-safety measures like gates for the stairs and protected power sockets.

The outdoor area of the property is a particular highlight. Here you will find a shady veranda with a lounge area and dining table, a patio with a billiards table, barbecue and sun loungers, as well as a large heated pool. Your extensive garden with volcanic stones and tropical trees completes this holiday oasis. From the entire outdoor area, you can admire the stunning views of the glittering ocean and the neighboring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.

A large selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the centre of Playa Blanca, just about 2.5 km or a 4-minute from the property. Furthermore, the golden sand of the beaches of Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca await your visit between 2 to 3.3 km (a 4 to 6-minute drive) away.

Lanzarote Airport is 30 minutes away by car (34 km), while you can reach the city center of Arrecife in 40 minutes (40 km) driving.
