Our condo is an END UNIT on the 2nd floor (the first floor is the parking garage) - a perfect location in relation to your garage parking space & side door entrance. So skip the elevator and hallway by using the side entrance, walk up one flight and you're at your front door. Plus, the Pool, Social Room & Fitness Center are also all on the 2nd floor so no need to take the elevator.

The unit has designer selected finishes, top of the line appliances, working island kitchen, 10' ceilings with 8' solid-core doors and ceiling fans in the bedrooms & Great room.
