OUR Penthouse by the Beach is a large modern, two floor space, within walking distance of Playa Dominicus. The modern contemporary decor blends in perfectly with the clear skies and marvelous sunsets provided by the Caribbean Sea. The town of Dominicus provides our guests with white sand beaches, local and international cuisine, and a variety of land and water sports. The perfect vacation gives you a chance to create long lasting memories, in a place distant from home, but yet feels like home.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off air conditioners and all lights.
Dispose of trash in the dumpster outside the complex near the guard station you pass on your drive in. Is located on Avenida Laguna.
Return the blue token (and possible physical keys) to the Advantage office and lock main door using electronic lock only.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
