Embedded in the beautiful nature of northeastern Sardinia, in Santa Teresa Gallura, the modern Villa I Graniti is situated on a gorgeous plot of land and offers a tranquil holiday experience close to the island’s white sandy beaches. The elegant villa, decorated in a creme and light blue palette, consists of a light-flooded living/dining room with 2 sofa beds (each for one person) and rustic roof beams, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite television, a washing machine, a children's bed and a highchair. The accommodation also also two patios - one in front of the villa and one behind: here guests are invited to share fresh meals together on the patio before the outdoor fireplace and relax in the comfortable seating area with a glass of Italian wine. Visitors can gaze out at the lush vegetation and natural boulders on the property and the glittering sea in the distance. In the romantic evenings, they can also descend down the stone pathway, leading past the illuminated rock walls and soak up the fresh air. The gorgeous white sands of the beach Santa Reparata are just a 9-minute walk or 600 m away where you will also find a selection of shops and restaurants. For a greater array of bars, cafes and shops, visitors can take a 7-minute drive to the centre of Santa Teresa Gallura.

Wunderschöne Lage in einer traumhaften Gegend

Pros: Der Garten ist herrlich natürlich mitten in der Natur . Man kommt sich auf der Terrasse vor als wäre man beim Aussichtspunkt einer Wanderung angekommen . Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und man fühlt sich sofort wohl .

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus und ein wunderschöner Urlaub über Ostern im April.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber auch nicht zu weit weg vom öffentlichen Leben (Santa Teresa). Nachbarn hört man so gut wie gar nicht. Obwohl es recht windig war, fand man am Haus immer einen Sonnenplatz ohne Wind. Die Terrasse samt Ausblick sind herrlich. Die Bilder der Unterkunft entsprechen der Realität, die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (Antonella) war perfekt, half bei allen kleinen und großen Fragen und Problemen sofort und gab gute Tipps. Wir mussten bspw. in eine Auto-Werkstatt nach Olbia. Sie kam als Übersetzerin einfach mit! Vom Haus aus erreicht man etliche verschiedene, wunderschöne Strände in max. 15 min.

Entspannt wie noch nie in einem Ferienhaus.

Pros: Wir haben selten so viel Zeit in einem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist einfach viel zu gemütlich! So liebevoll und detailiert eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Guillano war schnell, freundlich und gut. Er ist uns bezüglich An- und Abreise sehr entgegengekommen. Die Betreuung Vorort durch Antonella war vorbildlich. Wenn was benötigt wurde, hat sie sich sofort drum gekümmert. Die Aussicht ist genial, Sonne den ganzen Tag rund ums Haus, Aussendusche zum erfrischen Sonnenuntergänge unbeschreibliche schön. Endlich mal bequeme Sofas und dabei noch der Blick aus den riesigen Fenstern in den schön beleuchteten Garten oder tagsüber auf das Meer. In dem Haus hat es uns an NICHTS gefehlt! Und alles war sehr sehr sauber.

Pros: Die Lage , das Haus ist sehr schön , genau wie auf den Fotos Cons: In der Beschreibung steht dass das Grundstück eingezäunt sei, das war es nicht, schlecht für die wo mit Hunde reisen da dort Wildschweine sind . Das Wasser kommt aus der Dusche und Badewanne nicht sehr warm raus und ohne Druck
