This private, gated townhome near downtown Houston, the Medical Center, Museum District, and local universities features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, perfect for privacy and relaxation. The open-concept main floor combines living, dining, and a fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking the 85" TV — ideal for movie nights or cheering on your favorite team. Whether you’re unwinding after a busy day or enjoying a quiet morning, the serene atmosphere makes it easy to relax. Equipped for both short and long stays, our home is designed to make your visit comfortable and convenient.
Important to know: This is a multi-level home with bedrooms located on the 1st and 3rd floors and includes two sets of stairs. Guests should be comfortable using stairs. While children are welcome, the home is not equipped with safety gates/guards and close supervision is recommended.
1st Floor: 2 car garage, 1 bedroom (queen) with ensuite full bathroom
2nd Floor: Kitchen/Dining/Living Room and full bathroom
3rd Floor: Primary bedroom (king) and ensuite bathroom, secondary bedroom (queen) with ensuite full bathroom, office and laundry closet.
