The ac was not working. It was fans all over the house when we arrived so I felt like the owner’s knew the units was out. We communicated through out the stay but the problem wasn’t resolved. The housekeepers didn’t clean the house like they should. Walls were nasty, under the pillows of the sofa had food, trash and dirt. One room not sure if it was blood or what in the carpet along with other spots. Over all stay was ok but it was extremely hot. The owner was informed of all the issues and says she would take care of it.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to be transparent that we had experienced an intermittent issue with the AC, which is why the fans were left in the home to accommodate previous guests while things were being investigated. A few days before your stay, a technician came out to correct the issue—or so we thought. The guest immediately prior to your reservation had a great stay and reported no concerns with the AC, so we genuinely believed the issue had been resolved. After your stay, we had another technician come out who was able to properly diagnose the issue as low refrigerant. This has since been addressed, and the home is now cooling as it should. We have also communicated the cleaning concerns directly with our cleaning team and are taking additional steps to have the home repainted right away. We are committed to making these improvements and are confident that future guests will have a much better experience.
