Lodge on the Saluda
Welcome to our charming and cozy home nestled in a 30-acre forest near the Saluda River. Our home is the perfect place for guests who love the serenity of nature and the quaint beauty of antique decor.
The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. There are two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with plush seating, and a bathroom with modern amenities. We also have a washer and dryer on-site for your convenience.
One of the unique features of our home is its antique decor. Every piece of furniture has been carefully chosen to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The rustic wooden dining table and chairs, the plush sofas, and the antique dressers and nightstands add character and warmth to the space.
The house is surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees, creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Our guests can enjoy the beauty of nature right from the porch, or take a stroll along the walking trail to the Saluda River. The river offers a beautiful view and is the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak up the beauty of the surroundings.
At night, you can gather around the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows while enjoying the cool breeze and the sounds of the forest. It's the perfect way to end a day of adventure and exploration.
Despite the serene location, our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from downtown Greenville, SC. The city is known for its beautiful parks, charming streets, and vibrant cultural scene. There's plenty to see and do in Greenville, from exploring the many art galleries and museums, to dining at some of the best restaurants in the region.
The property has fast internet (over 100 Mbps) and two TVs connected to Directv. There are five total beds (1 queen, 3 doubles, 1 twin). Via the private walking trail, you can visit the Saluda River and enjoy nature while you go fishing. Across the river is Dolly Cooper Park, which has a kayak ramp, disc golf course, and a baseball field.
The total space usable space for the property is 2000 square feet. There is a garage area in the back there is not accessible, that is used for storage. This inaccessible area is not included in the 2000 square feet measurement. The indoor fireplace is not functional.
