The 150-square-meter holiday home accommodates 1–4 people across two floors. Situated on a hill, it offers a breathtaking view of Zwiesel and the surrounding mountains. The chalet features a balcony and a terrace with high-quality furnishings, as well as a garden area. There are two bedrooms with handcrafted solid-wood beds and two exclusive bathrooms. One bathroom features a sink and a freestanding bathtub. The other bathroom features a private wellness area with a sauna, sanarium, and infrared sauna, inviting you to relax and unwind. The modern kitchen has everything you could want, including a refrigerator, an oven, a selection of coffee and tea, and a coffee maker. Upstairs, there is a loft-style living room with a large flat-screen TV, a wingback chair, a writing nook, and a stereo system. Electricity is generated on-site, and the modern heating system runs on renewable resources. Wi-Fi is available, and you can also take advantage of a bread roll or grocery delivery service. An information folder provides details about the surrounding area. Final cleaning is included. A parking space is available free of charge, as are the washing machine and dryer.
