About this property

Vacation home Deichhuus - Deichhuus

Our holiday home, Deichhuus, is a completely renovated and refurbished, lovingly furnished semi-detached house with approximately 65 square metres of living space.

The living room is equipped with a sofa set, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV and HD+, a DVD player, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to it is a cosy dining area. A separate, new built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, and a Senseo coffee pod machine. You’ll also find all the dishes and kitchenware you need here.


One bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm). It is also equipped with a cot (60 x 120 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There is another TV with satellite HD and a radio alarm clock in this room. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and two wardrobes.

Upstairs, there is a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet. We provide toothbrush cups and a hair dryer. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace with patio furniture and a large communal lawn. The house is located close to the beach, the dike, and city centre (approx. 300–400 m).

The parking area for the house is located on Koogstraße near the houses at Koogstraße 124a/124b. Free parking is permitted, but the garage entrance there must be kept clear. (GPS: 25718 Friedrichskoog, Koogstraße 124b).

Der ist selbst ist nicht so zu empfehlen. Lokale erst ab 17:00h auf, außer ein ganz schlechter Imbisse

Friedrichskoog-Spitze

Die Schlüssel übergabe via Schlüsseltresor hat super geklappt. Leider war uns bei der Buchung im Angebot nicht ersichtlich das Friedrichskoog Strand und Damm aufgrund einer Großbaustelle in 2024 nicht zu nutzen sind und wir mussten zum Baden (was Zweck unseres Aufenthalt war) mit dem Auto nan andere Orte und Strände fahren

Erholung pur

Das Ferienhaus ist, in direkter Nähe zum Strand gelegen, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei schönem Wetter bieten die uneinsehbare Terrasse und der ebenfalls uneinsehbare Garten entspannte Privatsphäre. Die kleine Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich und steht für Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung. 👍👍👍👍👍

Sehr schöne Lage

Ordentliches und modern ausgestattetes Ferienhaus ca. 500 Meter vom Deich entfernt. Bäcker, Eisladen, Go-kart Verleih, Minigolf und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Hundestrand ist genauso gepflegt wie die anderen Strandabschnitte und hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse, nur der Sonnenschirm hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Prima wäre es zudem gewesen, wenn die Terrasse komplett geschlossen wäre, damit der Hund sich mal die Beine vertreten kann ohne Leine. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Fliegengitter versehen, was ich auch prima fand. Unschön fanden wir die 3 Grills im Schuppen, hier hat sich wohl jeder Vermieter selbst einen organisiert und wusste bei der Abreise nicht wohin damit.... Für uns ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir würden uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

Friedrichskoog Spitze

Der Check In im Tourismusbüro lief problemlos. Im Ferienhaus angekommen war auf den ersten Blick alles in Ordnung. Bei genauerem Hinsehen waren es diverse Kleinigkeiten, die sich aufsummierten und den ersten Eindruck doch etwas trübten. Manches wirkte einfach lieblos. Als Beispiel seien die beiden vorhandenen Uhren genannt. Die über der Tür zum Wohn- / Esszimmer war defekt, bei der in der Küche war die Batterie leer. Weitere Beispiele: In anderen Ferienhäusern steht meist ein kleiner Willkommensgruß, hier war nichts. Im Zweibettzimmer war in einem Bett ein gebrauchtes Papiertaschentuch. Die Toilettenbürste im Hauptbad war schlicht eklig, die Toilette unsauber und im Spielschrank befanden sich noch Zahncremereste vom Vorgänger. Auf der Terrasse spross das Unkraut, der Rasen hätte gerne gemäht sein dürfen ... Vieles ist in die Jahre gekommen und insgesamt wäre mal wieder eine Renovierung / Modernisierung nötig. Die Küche bietet auch nicht wirklich Platz zum Kochen, alles ist sehr eng bzw. zugestellt. Nun zum Positiven. Das Ferienhaus bot genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene und einen Jugendlichen. Im angrenzenden Schuppen konnte wir unsere Fahrräder und den Radträger bequem unterstellen. In den Betten schliefen wir gut und erholsam. Die Lage ist zentral und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

Die Wohnung war für uns 3 Erwachsene plus Hund ideal. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch top. 3 Minuten zum Strand mit tollem Restaurant Zur Spitze und leckerer Eisdiele. Einen Bäcker gibt es auch, allerdings keinen Laden für Alltägliches. Bis Rewe sind es aber 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. War ein schöner Urlaub.
