Private: property 500 m2, wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 28.May. - 03.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 3.5 km, café 200 m, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 5 km, bathing lake 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: NP Krka 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Prokljansko jezero 2.5 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung. Die durch Windböen zerbrochenen Sonnenschirme wurden sofort ausgetauscht, sehr gute Inneneinrichtung inclusive Gewürze, Reinigungsmittel, Obstkorb, Getränke Leichte Gebrauchsspuren am Mobiliar

Schönes Ferienhaus - für Familien geeignet!

Wir waren im September 2022 mit 2 erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Das Haus war sehr sauber, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war super für die Kinder, Kleiderschränke waren ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gesäubert, die Vermieterin war sehr nett und bei An- und Abreise flexibel. Zum Strand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, war kein Problem für uns. Bäcker und Supermarkt ebenfalls per Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schöner Urlaube

Schönes großes Haus, viel Platz im Außenbereich. Pool und Liegefläche schön angelegt. Es ist direkt eine Straße davor was uns aber nicht weiter störte. Der Kinderspielplatz ist abgezäunt und auch die Treppen zur Einfahrt durch eine Türe absperrbar. Sehr nette Eigentümerin. Hatte bei Ankunft kalte Getränke bereitgestellt :) Was noch verbessert werden könnte - in den 8 Tagen war leider nur einmal jemand da den Pool zu reinigen, dieser war dadurch öfter etwas dreckig am Boden.

Es handelt sich um ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus, genau wie auf den Fotos. Wir waren begeistert! Die Lage ist spitzenmässig. In der nahen Umgebung hat man viele Ausflugziele. Der Pool wird regelmässig alle 2 Tage gesäubert. Vielen Dank an J. und ihren Mann, wir waren begeistert und kommen sicher wieder!
