This beautiful little villa is located 400 meters from the charming town of Cortona, one of the most beautiful and famous cities in Tuscany.
The 65 m² villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4/5 people and is elegantly furnished. It is in a wonderful panoramic position, surrounded by the typical Tuscan landscape and olive groves, in a perfect location for a nice and relaxing holiday, but with the advantages of being only a few minutes' walk from the city center. The villa has a swimming pool with beautiful Roman steps swimming pool (8x4 m, open May-October) in a beautiful location, with a breathtaking view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova. Other facilities include a car park, a grill, a washing machine and a tumble dryer (on request). Wine and olive oil tastings, breakfast, lunch, dinner and cooking classes are available on request.
The villa has modern amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, radio / CD / DVD player, safe, hairdryer, window with mosquito nets. The accommodation consists of a living room with a fireplace (possibility to add a single bed) and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), a double bedroom and on the gallery in the living room there is one another bedroom with a double bed or Two beds. Bathroom with shower, hair dryer.

In Cortona, within walking distance, you will find restaurants, shops, museums and many works of art. Other beautiful Tuscan art cities that are within easy reach are Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (45 km), Montalcino (65 km), Siena (75 km) and Florence (90 km)

Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 200, final cleaning € 100, heating € 100 / week. Additional cleaning € 35 / hour. Additional bed linen and towels € 30 / person, tourism tax € 2.50 per person / day, max 4 days, free children under 12 years.
