The lovingly furnished rooms offer you not only modern and comfortable accommodation for relaxation and well-being, but also countless opportunities for recreation and exciting excursions.

The combined living and sleeping area with integrated kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and outdoor seating and barbecue facilities is conveniently located near the city centre. Free parking is available directly on the residential street in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored on the property under the carport.
Supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, savings bank and pharmacy are located just under a 10-minute walk from the holiday apartment.
The drive to the city centre takes approximately 10 minutes. By tram (approximately a 10-minute walk) you will reach the city centre in another 10 minutes.

IMPORTANT: The city of Schwerin has increased the overnight accommodation tax from 5% to 7% as of January 1, 2025.
The tax must be paid to the landlord on site.

Business travellers have not been exempt from overnight accommodation tax since July 2024.
