This brand new guest house/ADU is just built! It's part of the main property but rented separately. This cozy home boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a TV. Guests find 2 bathrooms equipped with refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. The space stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it excellent for any season. Just a short drive to markets, restaurants, Miles Square Park, movie theaters, malls, and theme parks.
