🚌 Transit: Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART) bus lines run in the area. The 4, 30, and 36 routes connect South Tampa to Downtown Tampa and surrounding areas.
🚖 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout Tampa — great for airport runs or nights out without worrying about parking.
🚶 On Foot: The neighborhood is residential and walkable for nearby errands. MacDill Avenue has a walkable strip of shops, cafés, and restaurants.
✈️ From Tampa International Airport (TPA):
Take FL-60 East → Merge onto I-275 South → Take Exit 44 (Gandy Blvd) → Head south on S Manhattan Avenue. Approximately 10–15 minutes.
✈️ From St. Pete–Clearwater Airport (PIE):
Take I-275 North → Exit at Gandy Blvd → Head south on S Manhattan Avenue. Approximately 25–30 minutes.

• Photo ID is required for all adult guests staying in the unit.
• The primary guest must complete a standard 7-year background verification through a secure third-party provider.
• The process requires the last 4 digits of the primary guest’s SSN for identity verification.
International guests are exempt from the background verification, but must still provide a valid photo ID.
This verification is required by building management in order to grant access to the property, so all steps must be completed prior to check-in.
All guest information is handled securely through the third-party verification service and is not shared with the host or management team.

Upon Check-In
• Locate the red parking tag inside the unit.
• Display the tag clearly inside your vehicle while parked in the community.

🚨Parking Rules
✔ With the tag: Park in any regular resident parking space.
• Without the tag: Park only in designated Visitor Parking.
Vehicles parked in resident spaces without the parking tag may be towed. The host is not responsible for towing or recovery fees.
Additional Vehicles
• Extra vehicles must park in Visitor Parking only.
Before Check-Out
• Return the parking tag to the unit and send a photo for confirmation.
⚠️ Missing or unreturned parking tags will incur a $50 replacement fee.
