Whg nicht mehr als zweckmäßig

Lage ist sehr gut. Wohnung ist jedoch Minimalistisch eingerichtet und nur zweckmäßig für Max. 2 Erwachsene. Möbel, Wände, Küche, Bad.. weisen deutliche Abnutzungsspuren auf. Mit ein Bisschen Aufmerksam und Willen könnte man aus der Wohnung eine richtig tolle Ferienwohnung machen. Lage, Garten und z.T. Terasse sind gut.
