On a small plateau with lush meadows, surrounded by the tranquil mountain forests of the 805-meter-high Daxberg, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, far away from the roaring traffic of our time—this is where it comes true: “The dream of country living.” An old farmstead, a modern home, a place of hospitality and tradition, surrounded by unspoiled nature—no noise, no cars, a location sheltered from the wind, and plenty of sunshine, friendliness, and leisure time. Come and experience “Life in the Countryside.” You can also enjoy our farm-fresh products and the atmosphere of our farm store. In our dining room, you can enjoy traditional Bavarian dishes (please note our hours of operation—closed Mondays and Thursdays, except on holidays). To unwind, take advantage of our farm oasis (Klafs—sauna and hot tub) or our Kneipp facility in the garden. A wide variety of play and recreational equipment is available for our younger guests. Our animals are also used to having visitors, both in summer and winter. They love every pat and every kind gesture. Feel free to contact us to arrange guided pony rides! Would you like to explore the area? If the distance seems too far, why not rent one of our two e-bikes for an additional fee to explore our beautiful surroundings? In addition, a caravan with space for the children is available. We’re also happy to provide a charcoal grill, subject to availability. The “Hochzeitszimmer” holiday apartment is 40 m² and accommodates up to three people. What makes this apartment special is the balcony with a view of the countryside. The living area features a beautiful four-poster bed that invites you to dream and relax. The apartment also includes a sleeper sofa, seating, and a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, pots, bowls, pans, electric stove with oven, refrigerator). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property. “Unwind and relax” is our motto! Whether you’re looking for an active holiday or simply want to relax, our Feriengut zum Fürst’n offers you every opportunity to customise your holiday and unwind. Our diverse low-mountain landscape is a paradise for forest lovers, hikers, and nature enthusiasts. Payment: cash on site; EC, Visa, Mastercard—card payments accepted.
