This private 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is thoughtfully designed with a blend of retro, Old Florida, and coastal style. The layout includes a comfortable living area, full kitchen, and a bright sun room featuring a Pilates fitness wall and free weights.

Guests can enjoy a private screened-in patio with outdoor dining and an inflatable spa, plus a fully fenced backyard with a propane fire pit. The home also includes an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer and a private driveway for parking.

A car is recommended. RSW Airport, shopping, dining, and major roads are just minutes away.

This home is one private side of a duplex with its own entrance, private driveway, private screened-in patio, and private fenced backyard. There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces.

The screened patio includes an inflatable spa available for guest use. Simple setup and care instructions are provided.

The backyard fire pit is propane. A propane tank is provided; however, guests are responsible for refilling propane if needed during their stay.

Quiet hours are observed to respect the residential neighborhood.
