Getting around is easy from Lofts West Tower. Many top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, are within walking distance. Taxis, ride-hailing services like Uber and Careem, and nearby metro stations make exploring the rest of Dubai convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Access to the hot tub is available upon request. Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare it for your stay. Requests made later than this timeframe cannot be accommodated, particularly for one-night stays. Thank you for understanding!





Identification Requirement:

As per Dubai law, copies of the passports of all guests (including children) must be provided before arrival. If not received in advance, the building’s concierge will collect them at check-in, potentially causing delays.



Additional Services:

Extra cleaning or linen change available upon request for an additional fee.



House Rules and Penalties:

Check-In: 3:00 PM - midnight

Check-Out: 11:00 AM.

Late check-out: 350 AED/hour.

No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside. A 3000 AED penalty will be charged if evidence of smoking is found to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Smoking allowed on the balcony.

Access Cards: Please handle access cards with care. A 500 AED fee will be charged for each lost card.

Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests total. Any violations or breach of house rules may result in penalties.
