Guests will have full access and use of the entire studio unit and patio. The fire pit and seating area in the yard is reserved for main house guests. If there’s not another party on site, feel free to utilize the space.
Please park on the road in front of or in close proximity to the house. The driveway is reserved for guests staying in the main house.

The property is just south of downtown on historic 1st Avenue—a quiet residential area that`s moments from Walla Walla`s restaurants, tasting rooms, and shops. While the neighborhood is peaceful for evening strolls, a car or rideshare is recommended for exploring the broader wine region.
➤ The home is divided into two separate units. This listing is for the private studio. The main house is attached on the same level and is separated by a locked door with added sound insulation (please note it is not completely soundproof). There are no shared indoor spaces between the units. The back patio is exclusively for studio guests, while the backyard is reserved for the main house.
➤ There is no dishwasher.
➤ Please do not use the stove fireplace in the studio as it has been decommissioned.
➤ Landscaper will be on site every other Tuesday and typically arrives around 9:00 am PST.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ There is a recycling receptacle (plastic, cardboard & aluminum cans only) in the kitchenette area in the basement. Trash/recycling is picked up on Mondays, and the carts will be moved to the road Sunday night. Containers are on the side of the house by driveway (Black bin is for general trash and the blue bin is for recycling).
➤ Pets allowed with a $75 fee per stay. Max 1 dog under 50 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them (waste bags are provided in the gray basket by the front door and should be disposed of in the black trash container. There are also towels in the basket for muddy paws), and crate if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
