After a long drive up, with two 80 senior ladies, we arrived at the location only to find the cleaning had never been done. Reached out to the host who was very apologetic and offered 100 refund to go to dinner while he looked into the issue.Three hours later, cleaners had still not been out to the property and host immediatley issued a full refund. He was extremely apologetic. Host very easy to communicate with and responsive.

Again, my sincere apologies Robin. My horrible property management company E---ga failed to earn their money which they of course still took from me. Fired. On top of that, VRBO fined me $340+, I lost the rental revenue and they banned me for a week from any further bookings. I hope you still managed to have a good stay at the hotel and not only do I feel horrible but also harshly penalized.

This house is located in an upscale neighborhood and was exceptionally clean, quiet, peaceful and better equipped than most places I have stayed at both inside and out.
