***NEW LISTING*** Approximately a mile from the water, Blue Pelican is a beautiful, three-bedroom property close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district, and near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of both Front & East Beach, that includes free use of an electronic golf cart to explore the area!

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.

Blue Pelican is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway and week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Blue Pelican features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, drip coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.

In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and SmartTV, with an attached bathroom.

There are two guest bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with large twin bunk beds, both with Smart TVs. The guest bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub with a shower wand.

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet and has multiple ceiling fans for additional cooling.

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a six-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.

There is a fully fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends. The patio also provides outdoor seating around a Smart TV and a propane grill for cooking out.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind***

*** We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, driveway & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

Our family of five loves staying here. It was perfectly located. The check-in and out process was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent from check-in throughout the week-long stay and afterwards. Would highly recommend that we would definitely stay here again.

We visit Ocean Springs several times a year and this is a rental that we will consider staying at again. It is a very clean and roomy house. The fenced back yard will be great for our dog if we bring her next trip. The swing overlooking the back yard is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. I had a couple of things that I needed assistance with during our visit and Chris, a member of the management team, was so kind in giving me that assistance.

This property is found in one of the best locations in Ocean Springs. You can be close to the popular shops & restaurants, yet not on the busy roads with loud traffic. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and provides peace, serenity, and all the comforts of home while you are on vacation. We think you will absolutely love it!

In addition to having a fully enclosed backyard, we are located in the Golf Cart district and provide a 6-passenger golf cart for renters to use.
