2nd Level – Open-Concept Luxury Living with Gulf Views

This floor is the heart of the home, offering modern luxury with expansive Gulf views from the open-concept modern kitchen with breakfast bar, stylish dining room with seating for 10, and living area with comfortable lounge seating and a Smart TV. There is also a beautifully decorated private queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the covered balcony with plenty of seating.

3rd Level – Bedrooms with Laundry Convenience

The upper level is designed for guest privacy and comfort, featuring 2 Luxury King Master Suites with en-suite baths, one Master Suite featuring a walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the Gulf, a comfortable King bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a Queen under 2 twin beds. The King and bunk room share a large double vanity bath in the hallway and there is a dual washer & dryer for ultimate convenience.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats.

Pool heating is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
