We have created a private entrance to the River Roost and provide lodging for day/weekend/extended stays/special events. The space features a queen bed in the bedroom and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. The open living living space includes a table and chairs for dinning or working, large screen TV, Wi-Fi and cable. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal or simply a cup of coffee. Why they chose this property
Our home is located in a peaceful, quiet, very safe neighborhood. Susquehanna University is just one block from our house so you can park your car and easily walk to SU or our downtown area. Many of our guests have enjoyed walking in our neighborhood or walking through the campus at SU. We are also close to The Isle of Q which is located next to the Susquehanna River. This is a beautiful place to walk or ride a bike while you enjoy the view of the river.

It is a park and walk location, and our extensive patio and deck are a great place to get back in touch with nature or just sit and read a book.
