Spend evenings walking the beach or catching the beautiful sunsets while relaxing under our two chickee huts. Located mid-island with Publix Supermarket directly across the street and two full service restaurants located on the adjacent marina. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying some quiet time, this condo offers an enjoyable retreat. Enjoy beautiful sunsets each evening on our deck or place your toes in the sand. Open air parking under the complex. Beach trolley stops at our door to take you north to Times Square or south to Lovers Key. Water activities on the island include boating, jet skiing, parasailing, wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Or you may prefer to explore the island by bicycle. This condo has two lanais for evening beach views or early morning coffee and dolphin viewing. Kitchen and bath fully stocked. Features a walk-in closet, dishwasher, on-site laundry, keyless entry.
