Was built by the family owning the original Centlivre Brewery in Fort Wayne dating back to 1862. Their old carriage house is now a modern event space! Seating 120 that can also be rented out for any occasion from weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, to any celebration! Experience the magic of Fort Wayne in our historic downtown apartment!

We are truly a small family business trying our best to preserve a historic location! Truly love getting to know people and their stories! What makes this property unique
The Centlivre Family started this 320 acre brewery at this very location in 1862. You are staying in their old family home. This mansion was built in 1888 and throughout the years transitioned into 4 modern apartments. This home and event space (brick building in the back) are the last standing buildings of their estate.
