The apartments are located on a farm, just minutes away from the town of Cecina.

The property offers a large garden with communal pool and a grill. The garden is completely fenced and covered with olive and fruit trees.

There are five elegant apartments in the main house and two independent cottages, situated slightly away, behind the main house. All apartments are very cosy and tastefully decorated in a rustic style, and have satellite TV and all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. In addition, the apartments and houses are equipped with central heating and a safe.

The village can be reached in a few minutes. Cecina offers numerous shopping possibilities. On Tuesdays, there is the weekly market where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese and many other local products. There are also supermarkets that are open from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm.Cecina is situated near the most important road, rail or sea connections. From here you can easily reach Florence (100 km), the island of Elba (40 km), Siena (70 km), Pisa (50 km), Lucca (60 km), Volterra (30 km), San Gimignano (50 km). Bolgheri, which is only 10 km away, is well-known for its avenue of cypress trees and for producing some of the most important, world-famous wines, Sassicaia and Ornellaia.

To access the parking area of the property, you have to pass through an electric gate, for which you will receive a remote control. Thus, you do not have to get out of the car; the gate then closes again automatically.

This enchanting small villa, perfect to accommodate up to 4/5 people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed, will be the perfect place to rediscover the tradition of Tuscan country houses, without sacrificing comfort and privacy.

The interior opens with a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, the kitchenette is complete with gas cooker and refrigerator. The bathroom has a practical shower, while the bedroom has a spacious double bed.
Outside, there is a veranda with a pergola, ideal for outdoor dining, immersed in the tranquillity of the surroundings.

The location is unrivalled, situated only 5000m from the beach and the sea, making it the perfect base for water sports enthusiasts or simply those who wish to immerse themselves in the natural coastal beauty. For daily necessities, a grocery shop is only 1500m away, adding an extra level of convenience to your stay.

Out of respect for the harmony of guests and the amenity of Casa Milla's spaces, for hygienic and organisational reasons we do not accept animals in the facility.
