Free wireless Internet access is available. A quality double bed can be folded away into a wall cupboard and there is also a comfortable pull-out armchair bed for a third person.
The balcony on the south side affords a view towards the town, the Sellin lake and the bordering forest. The sheltered position of the balcony invites you to sit and relax. The house has a lift and the apartment has an underground garage car parking space. If you bring your own bicycles, then you can also park these in the underground garage. It is easy to hire bicycles in Sellin.
It is about 500 metres to the Baltic Sea beach with its Seebrücke (main beach) and 1500 metres to the south beach. The train station for the “Rasender Roland” narrow-gauge steam train is 900 metres away and the local buses stop 300 metres from the house. There are restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. The nearest bakery is 200 metres away. If you cross August-Bebel-Strasse, then you are right in the bordering Granitz beech forest, where you can go on walks, also along the high coastal path with great viewpoints and into the Sellin hilly landscape. You can go on cycle tours along beautifully laid out cycle trails, such as to the Mönchgut peninsula and through the hilly landscape, for unforgettable memories. Mountain bikers will also enjoy it here.
