The 60 m² vacation rental is located in the idyllic fishing village of Seedorf, which is a district of Sellin.
The apartment is situated in a quiet location on Lake Neuensien. The Baltic Sea beach is about 4,000 m from the house.
In our town, you’ll also find several restaurants dedicated to your comfort.
Seedorf is an ideal starting point for biking and hiking.
During the summer months, a free shuttle bus runs to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. Guided hikes and bike tours of the region depart from there. 



Kontschack Vacation Rental:

This functionally furnished 60-square-meter vacation rental with a separate entrance is located on the first floor of a single-family home; featuring a combined living/bedroom area with a radio and TV. From the hallway, where the kitchenette is located, you can access the bedroom and a shower/toilet. When the weather is nice, a terrace with patio furniture invites you to relax. A crib can be provided upon request, parking is available at the house; the landlord will provide an initial set of bed linens and towels free of charge



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Schön aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Ferienwohnung bietet ausreichend Platz, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mit spielt. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Und die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber bei dem Preis voll in ordnung. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig, dafür ist aber auch der Strand etwas weiter weg, sodass man auf jeden immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Preis Leistung stimmen auf jeden Fall
