The villa is located is the small village on Nopigia a quiet area close to Kissamos town and very close to a small and family friendly beach.

Villa is a spacious 120 square meters, 3 bedrooms, two-story building that can accommodate 6 to 7 persons depending on your needs. Designed like a residence and constructed with the highest standards it is placed in the front of the complex, offering romantic moments of relaxation with views of the sunset and the sea. The pool splits the house in half and a glass corridor connects the living room area to the bedrooms and the rest of the house. The corridor, as a bridge, is placed over the pool and allows the Illumination from the water to light up the house in a truly unique way. Imagine it during the night, with the pool lights changing colors! Difficult to describe yet amazing to view!!! Light toned walls and modern design furniture provide an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and the numerous large windows allow the light to enter offering beautiful views of the olive grove and the sea.

Stretched across two levels, the villa offers, two living rooms fully furnished and tastefully decorated with vivid colors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with everything a modern house needs, two amenity rooms and large verandas and gardens. The bedrooms are stocked with fabulous bed linen and we can guarantee maximum sleeping experience thanks to the best quality mattresses.
