enjoy your well-deserved holiday in a personal and family-friendly atmosphere on the north bank of the Eider, on the Eiderstedt peninsula in North Friesland near St. Peter-Ording, with the Wadden Sea right on your doorstep and relax in our healthy iodine-rich North Sea climate, which is highly recommended by doctors!
Tönning has a very eventful history and a historic harbour, which is considered the most beautiful harbour on the west coast. There you will find numerous restaurants with a rich, local menu and of course our speciality, fish dishes. You can really relax on the terraces and experience the ebb and flow of the tide.
The landscape around Tönning on the Eiderstedt peninsula is known for its wide horizons, lush meadows and Haubarge and offers ideal conditions for cyclists, anglers and hikers.
Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
There is also a sandpit and play equipment for the children.
The shopping facilities (NETTO and bakery with good breakfast options, even on Sundays!), banks, pharmacy, ice cream parlour and restaurants are about a five-minute walk away. The beach, heated seawater swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, city forest and the Multimar-Wattforum are about a 10-minute walk away. All destinations are also very easy to reach with a pushchair.
The towns of St. Peter-Ording, Büsum, Heide and Husum are approx. 25 km away and take about 20 minutes by car.
In the interest of the health of our guests, pets are not allowed!
The very cosy, comfortable and child-friendly holiday flat for max. four persons is located in the centre of Tönning, but it is still quiet!
The holiday flat has a separate entrance, where you can also store jackets, shoes and even bicycles and is located on the first floor on one level, is approx. 50 square metres in size and consists of a living room with adjoining fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, extractor bonnet, microwave and ceramic hobs with oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a fridge with defroster compartment.
In one of the two bedrooms there is a French double bed with bedside cabinets, sensor lights, wardrobe and RDS radio alarm clock. The other bedroom consists of two new single beds with wardrobe, bedside cabinets, sensor lights and a desk. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.
In the hallway there is a wardrobe with lighting, a cupboard and a key rack. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, mirror and WC.
The holiday flat was newly renovated in 2020. Some features are e.g. SAT-TV, CD radio, DVD player and of course for children a cot and a high chair. A WLAN Internet connection (50 MBit) is also offered, which is included. If you need a washing machine or tumble dryer in between, you are welcome to use them (for a small fee).
