The holiday home is located near the central parking of the Oud-Kempen holiday park in the quiet town of Stavenisse. The park is in a quiet location with many hiking and bicycle trails.

The holiday home is one of four attached houses. On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining room, the open plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The second bedroom and the gallery are upstairs. The hallway houses a washing machine, a clothes rack and the microwave. The kitchen is fully furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an induction stove, an oven, a kettle, a hand blender and a Senseo coffee maker. The living/dining room is furnished with sofas, a television via internet, a radio and a dining table with six chairs. The ground floor bathroom boasts a washbasin, a shower and a toilet. The ground floor bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The gallery is also furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

The garden is fully fenced in, making it suitable for pets and children. On either side is a covered patio with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. A barbecue is available for your use, as well. The spacious garden offers sunny and shaded spots alike. It offers stunning views over the surrounding fields.

All beds have duvets. The upstairs landing of the staircase has a safety rail. A travel cot, a high chair and Wi-Fi are available. The complex has a central parking area. The property is adjacent to another property owned by the same landlord. The two properties adjacent gardens are separated by a fence with a gate. The gate is always locked, but can be opened upon request. It is great for two families who vacation together as you have two beautiful homes right next to each other. The owner also rents two other houses in the complex.

With this object you will be provided with TV over the Internet. You can receive the following programmes: ARD, ZDF, RTL, WDR, ARTE, VOX, NDR, SAT 1, Tagesschau 2, 3 SAT, Pro Sieben, KiKa, ONE, RTL II, Super RTL. Customers who have their own NETFLIX account can also receive NETFLIX in this property. Unfortunately, customers without their own NETFLIX account cannot.

Bookings with max. 2 dogs are possible. Bookings with cats are unfortunately not possible.

The vicinity is beautiful and quiet. Hiking, bicycle tours and scuba diving opportunities abound. The complex has a community pool, a tennis court, a trampoline, a ping pong table, a foosball table and a large playground. There is also a cafe/restaurant with an outdoor patio. The small harbour in Stavenisse is worth a visit. It is just an hour's drive to Zierikzee, Goes, Renesse, Antwerp and Rotterdam.
