These three holiday apartments are part of a villa from the 17th century, which is on the hills at Conegliano and affords a great panoramic view. The villa is nestled into a century-old park with oak and cypress trees – enjoy the unique atmosphere.

The outdoor area has a garden with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a barbecue, as well as a whirlpool. There is a little wellness centre on site with a sauna and a steam bath (included). Car parking spaces are provided.

The little locality of Colle Umberto, where you can find grocery shops and other everyday shops, is about a kilometre from the apartments. The medieval Vittorio Veneto is about 9km away.

This light studio of around 80m² is on the ground floor and has a living room with a sofa bed (160 x 200cm), as well as a dining space and a kitchen equipped with a stove, coffee machine, fridge and kettle. There is also a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed (160 x 180 cm) on the gallery, so that up to four people in total can be accommodated.
