Description Location of the holiday apartment The holiday apartment was completed in 2000. In the holiday complex Al Andalus 2 there is a community pool and a tennis court which are about 200m away. Parking is available in front of the houses. The resort consists of two terraced houses and bungalows. From the roof terrace (50sqm) you can see the sea. In the area there are restaurants, beer gardens, bars, groceries, car rental, souvenir shops, playground, places with trees to rest. The large shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is about 2km away. The apartment is located on the Costa - Blanca in Orihuela - Costa Al Andalus 2. You are right in Torrevieja, Alicante to the south in San Pedro on the La Manga Inland Sea and in Catagena.
Description of the apartment The apartment was completed in 2000 and renovated in 2020. In the holiday complex Al Andalus 2 there is a community pool and a tennis court. Parking is available in front of the houses. The resort consists of two and four houses. The very well equipped 3 room apartment has 62 square meters of living space, with a large bedroom (with a double bed) and a second bedroom (separate beds). fitted kitchen El. Stove with oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, built-in cupboards, with crockery, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and washing machine. Living - dining room on the living room cabinet is a TV with satellite connection (receiver) and internet. A couch as additional sleeping accommodation with a table. The dining area consists of an extendable table and chairs. In the apartment we have wind fans, mobile gas heating and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, hair dryer, sink with mirror and shelves, bidet and toilet. On the balcony there is a table with chairs and a parasol and an awning. An external staircase leads to the 50sqm roof terrace with a table, loungers, chairs, corner bench, parasol and trees. From there you can also see the sea. To be paid extra on site are final cleaning 70 euros, electricity 1 KWH 0.50 euros.
Description of the area The apartment can be reached by plane to Alicante (50 km), Murcia (20 km), Valencia (230 km). Orihuela Costa next to Torrevieja with a rental car or by Mr. Florath (caretaker) for an amount. Arrival from Germany via the France motorway to Torrevieja Orihuela Costa. Directions are available from the ADAC or a route planner from the Internet. Furthermore there are several restaurants, bars, car rental and a grocery store. A larger shopping center is about 1.5 km from the apartment. Beaches can be found about 3 - 5 km away. The area also offers the opportunity to do sports: golfing, cycling, diving, fishing, hiking on the beach, swimming in one of the salt lakes there. Sights/excursions: Palm park in Elche, salt lake in Torrevieja, nature park, flamingos, bathing park, Alicante old town and port, Tabarca island, the only inland sea, the Mar Menor, Cartagena port, orange groves.
