The resort offers an 18 hole miniature golf course, swimming pool, sandy beach, paved R/C car track, basketball & volleyball courts, horse shoes pit, 3 playgrounds, fishing pier, a stocked fishing pond, boat ramp, 2 mile board walk along the lake shore and a restaurant/bar & grill Located in Uwharrie National Forest You will find a fishing pier and a golf cart is provided for trips to the pool (Opens Memorial Weekend) & lakefront beach ( now open) & the local restaurant. The camper is a newer model that includes one full bed, bunk beds, and a pull out couch. Two TVs, pocket WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with toiletries round out the features offered inside. Guests will have access to all amenities the park offers which includes the pool (Memorial Weekend, beach (Now Open), putt putt, R/C track, weight/workout room, boardwalk, playgrounds, grills/picnic tables, fishing pier, stocked fishing pond, basketball courts, volleyball, pickleball, horseshoes, restaurant/bar, + boat ramp and card operated laundry facilities on premises. Seasonal availability applies. Guests will provide the host with all full names of guests over 18 for Badin Shores Resort security in order for them to access the community. All adult guests are required to have State issued picture ID to enter the gate. Guests will use the lock box on the camper, with a code provided by the owner, to get the camper and golf cart keys. Owner is not on site but available through the Airbnb app. The tap water is safe to drink but there is also filtered water provided if preferred. Laundromat facility is located in a nearby building on site.
