The well-equipped, single-storey holiday home on the edge of the "La Palmita" urbanisation has a friendly, bright living/dining area, an additional small lounge, two good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is accessible from the living room, from one of the two bedrooms and from the dining room. It offers plenty of space to enjoy the sun after a dip in the pool. The house has a conservatory off the kitchen and the master bedroom.

The urbanisation is located in the rural coastal area, the town centres of La Victoria and St. Ursula with good infrastructure and many shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car. The quick connection to the motorway is another pleasant advantage. Although the motorway is not far away, it is absolutely inaudible. Due to the low altitude, you can enjoy very pleasant temperatures here all year round. Marvellous sunsets, as well as the snow-covered Teide in winter, can be enjoyed from the terrace.
