The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the keys on the dining room table, lock the front door from the inside, and exit through the garage.
Please empty the dishwasher and refrigerator.
Strip all beds; leave all dirty linens (towels included in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All HOA rules as described in the rental agreement must be followed. (Use the party rooms near the pools!)
