Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because as my listing description says, it’s simple, clean & safe. My property is located in a family oriented, quiet community not far from Lake Murray. This is the kind of neighborhood where you can take a stroll at 2 pm or 2 am & feel completely safe. Also the school district my area is apart of is top tier, one of the best in the entire state. Also the city of Lexington has experienced the most growth in the Columbia area over the last 5 years above any other area which means other people are loving the area & what it offers. I think you’ll love it too!
What makes this property unique
What makes my property unique in my opinion is that it boasts the largest floor plan in the entire neighborhood at 3100 sq ft. Also to add a little more my property is on the property that has the unique red/smoke grey color blend on outside while most other homes are blk/wht or a brown variation. I think you’ll love it!
